My name is Jonathan George and I am a 3D and Senior Outsource Artist with over 14 years of experience in game development. During that time, I’ve worked in-house and with external teams to create high-quality assets for titles such as Forza Motorsport, Fortnite, and Death Stranding 2. My experience includes leading teams, refining production pipelines, and ensuring assets meet both artistic vision and technical requirements. More recently, I have started using AI-driven automation to optimize workflows and increase efficiency. I focus on modeling, texturing, and polishing assets with a strong emphasis on visual fidelity and in-engine performance.
Part of my responsibilities have been to manage a team of new and experienced artists on asset creation for multiple projects. Worked directly with external clients for queries, submissions and overall clarity. Helped develop detailed production documentation for artists on recent projects.
Performing art reviews on multiple projects, daily. Working closely with outsource artists in order to deliver accurate assets to Clients. Worked on multiple test projects, while balancing multiple different art styles on a daily basis.
Responsible for team management and organization in order to hit deliverables on a short turn-around for DLC.

Created universal textures and materials based on manufacturer specific details for easy widespread use.
Responsible for visual accuracy of the 3D Vehicles, through modeling, texture/UV correction, in-game shader tuning.
Per asset responsibilities included creating realistic damage, building Normal and AO maps, using masks and light maps.
